Has any data been connected with usage level versus cost of maintaining the path? Just wondering if this project is really justified in relation to money spent. I would speculate that ~ 10-15% of the area population uses this. Same with some of the parks in this city with Smith, Douglas and perhaps Sunset being the exceptions. Are some of our parks worth constant attention and money expediture versus the actual usage? If not, why are we spending money on them and not diverting to a cause that would affect more people? ]]>
