The phone did have it's "Rose Colored Glasses" camera effect enabled.

Does look nice doesn't it. If it presents itself on the outside in a positive manner, guess the question remains the content of what we are looking at as to vacancies, store offerings and diversity. What would we fill these stores with to entice people to go? I had to run downtown a few weeks ago.

For some reason I stopped at the corner of Central and S. Broad and took this picture.

Later, when I looked at the picture, I was surprised at how nice the place looked.

Just a few minutes ago I noticed this was the same block pictured on the city's downtown page. http://www.cityofmiddletown.org/ed/downtown.aspx

Which just makes me wonder... is this our best looking "block"?
