You are correct acclaro. But it sure would be nice to have a recall of the entire council and some on the school board, elect decent non-bought off candidates that actually cared about the city, who, when seated would make the termination of key players in the city building a top priority starting with the city manager, through the law director and finishing somewhere down in the manager ranks. Then Fenwick, AK, the Moormans, Atrium and the 150 residents wouldn't matter. Nice to have a dream, isn't it? Kettering needs to know what they are receiving in Kohler. Gilliland was hired to follow exactly what select council members wanted, that began with Becker. Gilliland doesn't work for you, she carries water for the Milligan group, Picard, and Becker, who carry water for the Moorman 's, Fenwick, AK, the Atrium, and about 150 residents.
