Council, the city manager, the planning dept. et al, need to stand back and let the owner develop the mall. Quit trying to get in everyone's business people. Give the owner the guidelines and keep your nose out of it or you'll end up derailing anything the owners try to do. Too much big brother, regulatory nonsense by this city as to new business. The city doesn't have the credentials to dictate developmental issues, given their track record. ]]> Thu, 07 Mar 2013 06:05:12 +0000 http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=5098&PID=37065&title=council-meeting-at-northgate-mall#37065 Council Meeting at Northgate Mall : I like to know why are "SPINELESS... http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=5098&PID=37029&title=council-meeting-at-northgate-mall#37029 Author: LMAO
