We already have Bonnie(Judy) and Clyde(Doug) and Abbott and Costello are on city council. IMO. All is seemingly quiet on Gilleland's Former Downtown/S. Main St./Older Neighborhoods Demolition Front. Kind of reminds me of an early 1930"s talkies movie? Where are Joliet Jake and Elwood P. Blues when we need them most? Correct
First the golf course will be sold for pennies
Then the pennies will quickly disappear and we will have nothing + the same faces still in charge.

And use that money for what, more Downtown projects or give it to someone to rehab a building downtown?
