Apparently struck by a vehicle.<div>The driver was to have toxicology tests done.</div><div>Has anyone heard the results of these tests?</div><div>Will anyone be charged?</div><div>Why does it take so long to do lab tests?</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>
