I quess they don't realize people are watching their proformance and scratching their heads wondering about their competence  in their chosen profession .  Not to mention Doug Adkins and Les Landen. I thought Doug was the spin meister but Judy is steeling plays right out of his own play book.LOL]]>

Doug Adkins, director of community revitalization, told councilToast of the Town Events’ offer was unsolicited and that it made “good sense”because it generated revenue, fit the downtown business plan and got the cityout of the landlord business.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; line-height: 18pt; outline: 0px; -: initial initial; -repeat: initial initial;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial;color:#444444">Robinettehas said that he was interested in buying the building, but was told by cityofficials that it wasn’t for sale, since it was being leased to MiamiUniversity Middletown. But when Robinette learned that Toast of the Town Eventshad made an offer, he made two offers: one for $185,000, and a second for$202,500, or $67,500 more than the offer the city is considering.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; line-height: 18pt; outline: 0px; -: initial initial; -repeat: initial initial;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Arial;color:#444444">Robinettewrote that the city should conduct a competitive process for the sale of thisproperty.
