Why does this city feel a need to stick their nose into every corner of the private sector development? IMO, this is another example of government over-regulation. With the fees mentioned, it is nothing more than another money generator for a cash strapped city. If we all want things to succeed, we probably need to insist that government stay out of it. Everything they touch turns into a cluster. ]]>
