They are terribly overpaid, but the council used the budgets they had as a measure of pay, and all stated how much more they'd command in the private sector. This included Larry Mulligan on Doug Adkins, and how cheaply he was gotten to function.<div><br></div><div>These folks would not be making $120,000- $160,000. in the private sector. Its easy to manage a budget. It is difficult to PRODUCE a profit against competition. Public sector still far greater in pay than private with benefits.&nbsp;</div>]]>
