Mulligan's speech will be great Viv. Starts at 6pm. Over, at least with the pertinent topics of discussion at 6:02pm as to accomplishments but could go into the wee hours of the morning on the challenges (that is, if Mulligan wants to be truthful and include everything)

Now, the updates on upcoming projects could be both long and boring to those who do not support the entire focus on the downtown as I suspect that will be all Mulligan will talk about.

This will be a course, presented by Mare Mulligan, in advanced propaganda, with a few lies and sporadic nonsense sprinkled in and how to spread it on thick. Always is. Hard to believe that there will be people in this city who will actually buy into this crap. ]]> Wed, 18 Mar 2015 17:12:54 +0000 http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=6040&PID=45176&title=annual-state-of-the-city#45176 Annual State of the City : Posted: 2:50 p.m. Wednesday,... http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=6040&PID=45174&title=annual-state-of-the-city#45174 Author: Vivian Moon
