Is the city of Middletown doing anything to use green techniques to reduce the residential and commercial cost of water consumption? Nice conference idea and certainly the Methodist church is a leader in green usage, as they have a solar panel covering every panel. But carbon footprint overload is destroying the coal industry and raising heating bills greatly.

Something strikes the lack of development at the Manchester and all those projects awaiting any progress quite odd. Interest rates are remaining at zero%, many on Wall Street still can't believe the fed didn't raise interest a quarter point. Historic lows on interest rates for construction and green utilization, and these developers aren't renovating. Still looking for investors they say. Suspect it will be years if at all, before a microbrewery comes to fruition.
