I'm just wondering why if the State Dept. of Ed. found that Ms. Thorpe and the previous two Treasurers were all doing the same bad thing why is it that only Ms. Thorpe has been the one sued, publicly maligned, etc.  Shouldn't the previous two people holding that position also have their named similarly dragged through the mud for the practices that they put into place and continued?]]>

Kelley started off as a receptionist, she was interested in the treasurer position and took classes to earn her treasurer certification.
