LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2015-12, a resolution declaring theintent of the City of Middletownto appropriate a temporary easement in certain real property owned by W. EugeneTaylor, Trustee located at parcel number Q6542099000007 and declaring anemergency.

2. Resolution No. R2015-14, a resolution declaring theintent of the City of Middletownto appropriate a fee simple interest and a temporary easement in certain realproperty owned by Melvin and Ethel Armstrong located at parcel numberQ6542100000002 and declaring an emergency.

3.
