While some might argue otherwise, I believe having some of Larry's position on Council as either Mayor or at-large member, is beneficial.

He is First Finanical's President for the Butler/Warren region--which is the bank's historical footprint.

Contacts, connections and the ability forge deals and partnerships has to add some value to Middletown.
