1. Resolution No. R2015-24, a resolution to make adjustmentsto appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City ofMiddletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period endingDecember 31, 2015. (Appropriations Transfer – General Fund) (2 nd Reading)

2. Ordinance No. O2015-38, an ordinance creating theposition of Staff Attorney in the unclassified service of the City of Middletown andestablishing a pay range for said position, and declaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2015-39, an ordinance appropriating apermanent sewer easement and a temporary easement in certain real propertyowned by Dick’s Creek Little Muddy Creek Subdistrict of the Miami ConservancyDistrict located at parcel number Q6542060000015, and declaring an emergency.

4. Ordinance No. O2015-40, an ordinance appropriatingvarious interests and easements in certain real property owned by AK SteelCorp. and Affiliated Companies and known as Oxford State Road Project ParcelNumbers 25, 26, 28, 43 and 58, and declaring an emergency.
