A little high perhaps?<br /><br />An 18 ft x 20 ft open shelter with a concrete slab for 19 grand? You can get an enclosed patio room for that. <br /><br />Have the city workers build the forms, back a concrete truck in and pour the slab saving money. Buy the canopy, assemble it and mount it into the concrete using city workers.<br /><br />Wouldn't this be a money saver? ]]>
