LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2015-32, a resolution authorizing theCity Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission forProject Year 30 requesting funding for improvements to Yankee Road, to enterinto agreements for such funding, and declaring an emergency.

2. Resolution No. R2015-33, a resolution to make adjustmentsto appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City ofMiddletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period endingDecember 31, 2015. (Nuisance Abatement Fund) (2nd Reading)

3. Ordinance No. O2015-46, an ordinance amending Section263.01 (Cemetery Board – Establishment; Members) of the Codified Ordinances.(2nd Reading)

4. Ordinance No. O2015-47, an ordinance amending the sewerrates levied and assessed in Section 1040.03 of the Codified Ordinances byadding a surcharge to be applied to infrastructure improvements to the Citysanitary sewerage system, including the pumping, treatment and disposal works.(2nd Reading)

5. Ordinance No. O2015-48, an ordinance appropriating a feesimple interest and a temporary easement in certain real property owned byMelvin and Ethel Armstrong located at parcel number Q6542100000002 (ProjectParcel 49) and declaring an emergency.

6. Ordinance No. O2015-49, an ordinance appropriating atemporary easement in certain real property owned by W. Eugene Taylor, Trusteelocated at parcel number Q6542099000007 (Project Parcel 35) and declaring anemergency.

7. Ordinance No. O2015-50, an ordinance establishing aprocedure for and authorizing a contract with Constellation NewEnergy Gas forthe purchase of natural gas and declaring an emergency.
