It built a hospital and banks, and a Boy Scout camp (Camp Hook). It financed a senior center. It played a major role in two World Wars, and developed an air field. It contributed materials and manpower to the construction of the first SPRINGBO football field. AND it employed tens of thousands of you, or your parents or grandparents or older ancestors. If you were part of the Armco "family," you're invited to the Old Stone Church at 300 South Main Street in Springboro at 7 pm on Thursday for the program. Sam Ashworth, the Middletown history expert, will present the program. There is no admission charge. The program will NOT be about making steel."
