LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2016-15, an ordinance authorizingamendments to the collective bargaining agreement with the InternationalAssociation of Firefighters, Local #336 for the years January 1, 2015 throughDecember 31, 2017 and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No O2016-16, an ordinance authorizing the CityManager to enter into an agreement for electric generation supply with acompetitive retail electric service provider, and declaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2016-17, an ordinance enacting and adoptingthe 2014 and 2015 supplements to the Codified Ordinances of the City ofMiddletown, Ohio.
