Resolution No. R2016-13, a resolution authorizing theCity Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Department of Transportation,Ohio Airport Grant Program for FY16 requesting funding for improvements at theMiddletown Regional Airport, to enter into agreements for such funding, anddeclaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2016-18, an ordinance establishing aprocedure for and authorizing a contract with AVI/SPL for the purchase andinstallation of audio and video equipment. (1st Reading)
