MOTION AGENDA

(a) To consent to the sale of two vacant lots located at 902-904 Eighth Avenueand 900 Eighth Avenueconsisting of parcel numbers Q6521028000012, Q6521028000011, Q6521028000009,Q6521028000099 to David Robinson for the sum of $1,000 in accordance withOrdinance No. O2002-87.

(b) To consent to the sale of a vacant lot located at 820 Tenth Avenue toDavid Robinson for the sum of $500 in accordance with Ordinance No. O2002-87.

(c) To consent to the sale of a vacant lot located at 223 Garfield StreetAvenue to Robert Colwell for the sum of $500 in accordance with Ordinance NoO2002-87.

(d) To authorize a contract for the purchase of highway rocksalt from Morton Salt, Inc., Chicago, IL, in the amount of $55.69/ton for theapproximate usage of 4,500 tons over the 2016-2017 winter season.

3. Ordinance No. O2016-28, an ordinance establishing aprocedure for and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the ButlerCounty Transportation Improvement District. (1st Reading)
