   The announcement came in a conference telephone call between Clinton, Strickland and journalists. 

In my judgment from having observed and listened to the debates, I just concluded Sen. Clinton is best prepared to lead in difficult times. It does not mean I dont like or respect or admire the other candidates. Ted Strickland, Governor of Ohio.
