Don't know Mr.K's job description these days.
I believe that Mr.A is now in charge of enforcement. Watched the crew photo and remove non-compliant signs for business at Supthin/Central corner last week. This ordinance is not enforced evenly geographically or consistently anywhere. There are many long-running violations at many high-profile locations. Could make for a very interesting day in court. With businesses struggle so much, a moratorium might be a better fix for now. Seems we have much higher priorities. |

I bet the enforcement will be very soft when the income tax renewal (Public Safety Levy) push comes this summer/fall.
