	Must be a plutocracy acclaro. No different than any place else. City, state, country always has been ruled by the wealthy. They are in charge whether the rest of us want that or not. Can't be a theocracy. Devine rule? God driven rule? Naw. Not the way this city is being run. More like the Devil's cauldron. Perhaps Mulligan, Gilleland and the rest of the MMF crowd envision themselves as "devine" and as providing "devine rule" but I'd say they are more like an "exclusionary cult" and dictatorial to be more accurate. Like Jim Jones and Ghana, always trying to get the people to drink the Koolaid.
