Did the city leaders run out of money to finish this? Must have decided that the water tower painting was enough money spent out by I-75. Time to get back to the important area of town.....the downtown. We'll finish the lettering next year. It'll be alright.

Maybe it was left like that to attract High Tech jobs to the area.

Oh boy, ktf1179. You're new to town and already in the "negative" camp. Not gonna please Middletown 29, Irisner and other city supporters making fun of their idols. Not too late to start seeing the city like they see it, all rosy with no problems. Sure you want to come into the troublemakers group?
