Went out to Silvia's Kitchen in Monroe for the first time the other day.
Perhaps some of you have had better luck but the guys and I were not impressed.

In all fairness it was just one visit.. but still.

	I've eaten there before. The portions are way too big. The owner is operating in a weird format -- lots of food cost and minimal service cost. That's not a good recipe for success.
