Don't you mean how fast it came down :)
The parking garage is the last of the old mall and 1970s experiment in urban renewal, which ended up being a failure despite being touted as innovatived.
The garage should have come down with the mall project.

I can honestly say, it looks better without the garage being there. I wouldn't mind if they made N Broad into a street again where the garage went across it. Great picts 409!
