Check out an interesting take on this at www.wagthedog2008.com, or listen to the radio broadcast at 6pm on Sunday evening at 550 WKRC am.
Remember:
Both McCain and Obama endorsed and voted for this sham/theft.
Why are we subsidizing poor basic thinking and outright greed and theft?
All of which is continuing even after the "fix"?
Who is monitoring the payouts and how the taxpayer funding is being used?
And more of the same to come after the election.

Bernanke backs more bailouts:
"With the economy likely to be weak for several quarters, and with some risk of a protracted slowdown, consideration of a fiscal package by the Congress at this juncture seems appropriate," Bernanke said in prepared testimony to the House Budget Committee. Bernanke said any new plan should be designed to be timely, temporary and targeted. Bernanke suggested that Congress should include "measures to help improve access to credit by consumers, homebuyers, businesses and other borrowers."
