   It is time to dust off that infamous article "Top 10 Dying Cities In The USA".  According to Obama during his State of The Union Adress the FEDS are looking for 20 locations in the US to rebuild. 

They are looking for cities that have been devastated by loss of manufacturing jobs.  I can not think of a better place for Obama to put some FED $$ to work than a city that has been declared as "dead" or"dying" and is run to poorly.  

Nothing like putting it right in Boehner's own back yard.  Of course this will require the city leaders getting involved as soon as possible.
