   I know there are more serious things than pot holes, but I am curious as to what is a reasonable time when reporting them.  Last year when I called the insurance company I think they quoted me "3" days.  I reported 2 last weekend with nothing being done to either one a week later.  
When we drive over the holes in our truck you can barely feel them, but in your eclipse they feel bad.  We've had to get 2 new tires on our eclipse because of potholes.
