I would send an envoy to Mexico and tell the El Presidente to put a stop to his people crossing the border or be invaded by American troops.
 
And if this didn't work...just open the friggin border and build more Taco Bells.

We have to hold Employers accountable who knowingly hire Illegals. "Knowingly" is subjective, but common Sense should prevail. When Koch Foods was raided, it turned out that 160 of 180 Workers were Illegal. Even if we can't prove they hired Illegals knowingly, if they are that stupid, then they should be severely fined for being stupid.

160 out of 180 and they commented "We had no idea!"
