Information Leaked On MUSA

   I have kinda set on this information for a a month or longer now and wanted to share what I found to be interesting. A city council member called me and was asking about one of our members and the fact that they were leaking information from executive session and wanted to know if I knew who this member was. I of course did not nor would I have said if I did. But the council member has called on occasion to ask about members. 

I was also told that the council member would be mentioning to in a meeting about this leak going on and it would have to stop. Since that time one member has no longer posted on the site, my point to all this is, people are reading MUSA whether they want to admit it or not. 

So keep it up guys... They are listening and reading MUSA !!!!

	Here's my reply to the council member who has been calling wanting to know who some of us are and "wanting it to stop". Well.....by all means, let's stop this and obey the commands of our beloved city leaders. It's none of your d--- business councilmember. Keep your nose in the business of the city- not ours. Twerp. Da--I enjoyed saying that!

	Oh, they must be talking about the Split in the Council 3 vs 3 and the fact that Becker supposedly stomped out of a meeting. Man don't know if I can handle knowing that. Someone call Homeland Security and change the alert level to Red and get a team up here to Water Board those MUSA/ Middletown Citizen SOB's.....we have got to get to the bottom of this.

	Great humor! So Billy Boy stomped out of some meeting???? Just like a kid who doesn't get the pail in the sandbox or the kid on the playground who doesn't get to play kickball. Atta boy! He runs his meetings that way too. Gotta have his way or he hangs the lower lip. Spoiled rotten. The whole lot of 'em in Becker's camp.

	Executive session discussion is confidential? Someone should probably remind the Councilmembers, since they all seem to share the talk with whomever they confide. Seems to come from both sides of the podium, been that way for decades, and anyone who can't see the current 3-3 split obviously isn't watching much Council activity. Why the secrecy anyway--it is OUR city and OUR government. Council and Admin are in their positions to act out the will of the voting citizens, or has that basic premise been changed by legal through emergency legislation or executive session? Councilmember Becker walked out of a meeting? Can't blame him--probably the sensible approach. Hey--if I was on Council, I would walk out of most meetings, and usually during the public housing part. Mr.Becker seems quiet but sensible and no-nonsense lately to his credit. His few comments have been valid. I thought that the Becker and Smith quotes about the Public Safety levy/funding were in the MJ? Or did I read them here? What became public that was so important and confidential? lol--top secret negotiations? Someone must be getting screwed somewhere somehow!

	Hey Spider by the way I was being Facetious. Not much goes on in this City that isn't Public knowledge in short order. As far as what the National Secret that was divulged is I have no idea. More drama for a dying city.

	Actually, many of their "executive sessions" do NOT qualify as such under Ohio law (except in the mind of Les Landon). For example: Discussing the "hows" and "whys" of appointing someone to fill a vacant seat or a city office or position is NOT a proper reason for an executive session, although discussing the particular applicants might be. The discussion (or debate?) about HOW to do it is public business and should have been done during a regular meeting of council. The latest "regimes" in our city refuse to accept any dissent or disagreement, even amongst themselves, and feel that "disagreement" is reason for executive session (or at least reason for a subcommittee made up only of council members and the city manager). Their sole purpose for this is to keep discussion of some items OUT of the public eye.

	Sorry Bill, that wold be a no, this blogger has always used the same screen name and use to comment on a daily or semi daily basis. But has not in about a month or so. I will give you all a small clue, think Navy Law. That shoud make it very easy for the smarties on MUSA .

	I didn't either Pacman, but I do find it funny that they no longer post here after a council member says he was gonna have a talk with some other people done at city hall. Maybe there is a rule that if you work at the city building you can not post any comments on MUSA. I guess ole Jag123 is gone for good.

	Ruffled feathers...dander up...smack in the back of the head...smoke & mirrors. Maybe there were no "exposed" secrets but whom ever called Randy was just tired of having the truth thrown in their face ? I think MUSA has made a dent in the armor of the "Knights of the hall" and they or at least one doesn't like it.

	Right on Mr. Vietnam vet. Couldn't agree more. It IS none of their business "who" posts here, that's why there's an "option" to provide your real full name or "not." You don't have to. It's under the "free speech" ammendment in our constitution, and how dare they even cross that line and ask about "who" this person is. So they can cause problems for them? Confront them with the situation? It does in fact, seem like there's plenty juicy stuff to "hide" from the citizens of Middletown. The city building itself is something of a "Peyton Place" if you will, and that's no secret either. If all citizens of the city actually "knew" what took place between the employees there, instead of it being sugar coated by council members and city representatives, they would be shocked. Hope they all read these posts. And feel "embarassed"..
