   Article in Journal-WarrenCtystamp recipients can receive replacement food stamps for the food lost to the power outage. This doesn't sound right to me, does it you? The working taxpayer has already paid for the food stamp allotment for this month for the Food Stamp users of this area. Now, we have to pay again, with the added insult that we know that there are people who are abusing this? Sounds like the working person is getting jammed again.   Make 'em pay for their own food the second time around, just like we have to. Life's tough ain't it!
