The Studio and the Mongomery Ward buildings both need to be torn down imo.
The Studio will cost some really big bucks to demo because it is flled with abestos.

Yes, Vivian Moon was so insightful in forecasting the eventual $327,900 cost of
demolition/asbestos abatement for the Strand/Studio Theater that's now underway.
OOOPS, somehow I forgot about the  "senior city staff mismanagement" that's
boosted the total cost by $157,100 to a robust $485,000.  Thanks taxpayers!

expect a deal on the Studio/Strand ----
probably a giveaway/subsidy similar to what we always see

What are the odds that One Donham Abbey senior staff recommends and city council then approves the conveyance of the vacant theater property for an out-of-this-world price to Liberty Spirits LLC?  Will the cost be greater than $1.00?  If so, maybe this two-part deal should be renamed "How To Make The Inner Circle Almost A Millonaire"?  After all, the city has already spent $800,000+ for this hallowed portion of the 1300 blocks of Central and Vail Avenues!

not so sure that many are getting rich off of any of these deals either—other than the weather wax guy
