From the city manager report:

GREAT NEWS for our community!
Thanks to our Engineering Staff and our Transit Staff, Dave Duritsch
and Steve Murphy for pursuing the stimulus funds.  We have many
millions of dollars of projects in requests pending with various
agencies.

Randy,

Are you by chance working at city hall? Your sudden appearence with nothing but good news from what could very well be a press release .... is most obvious.

You call that good news ??!!! What kind of drugs are you people taking ? $360,000 for a friggin bus wash facility ?!! What are "LTV vehicles"? And what is their purpose ? I was just told this week by the city to perform over $10,000 worth of improvements to my house !! Then they threatened me if I did not perform in 30 days ! Somebody is out of touch with reality in this town.
