   Middletown Journal  "Family seeks help to bury mother of four" 

    This subject has come to my attention several times in recent years. The City has a contract with Woodside Cemetery for the cremation of the indigent. The City also ownes burial plots at Woodside Cemetery for the ashes to be buried. 
    However I have been told in recent years that the families are not informed that lots are available a Woodside Cemetery for burial of the ashes. 
    What is the City policy about this subject?
