Wonder if this person stopped for the night or had business in town??? Just seems odd that a person of ANY importance (this guy was a CEO of an owner of some notable newspapers) would be hovering around this burg. Kinda "out of place", right?

10:00 a.m. CDT, October 14, 2011 Randy Michaels, the former Tribune Co. CEO and the head of Merlin Media, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired in Middletown, Ohio, early Friday morning, a local affiliate of ABC News in Ohio is reporting. According to WCPO-TV, an ABC-affiliated television station in Cincinnati, Michaels was arrested at the intersection of State Route 122 and I-75 in Middletown at 2:05 a.m. EST on Friday. Michaels was released from jail at 5:20 a.m. Friday after he paid $615, according to Middletown police. They did not release any additional details. Michaels was CEO of Tribune Co., which owns the Chicago Tribune and Los Angeles Times, from 2007 to 2010. |
