I went to the city of Middletown website and it is down for maintenance. I wonder if they're trying to update all the stories so it at least seems to make sense. NAAAAAH; that would be way to much trouble!!!

Back up but last new was December 21 titled Sister Cities.

No news from the city pov yet this year.
