Next of Kin (HB 392) creates a voluntary program for valid Ohio drivers including those with temporary permits or identification cards, to submit two emergency contacts to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), to be used by law enforcement in the event they are seriously injured or killed in an automobile crash.
Here is the Next-Of-Kin Form for Ohio If you are involved in an emergency situation and unable to speak, police will use the information on the form to notify your emergency contacts. |
