For the second year in a row! A nice job by the Tree Commission, volunteers and Council for their guidance. We are on our way to turning the town around now with this latest honor. We may be "somewhat deficient" in streets, jobs, business opportunities, education, getting Section 8 under control, and other things we often talk about, but this event is a positive for our community.

Kudos to Middletown for being recognized by the Tree Commission.
I didn't know there even was a tree commission. Are they paid?
