MR. WHEELER WAS LAST SEEN ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2013. AT HIS RESIDENCE IN MONROE. MR. WHEELER WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A MAROON LONG JOHN TYPE SHIRT, BLUE JEANS, WHITE NIKE SHOES, BROWN JACKET, AND HARLEY DAVIDSON HAT. MR. WHEELER HAS A HISTORY OF MENTAL ISSUES.

	From MJ: Missing Monroe man found in Missouri MONROE — A missing Monroe man has been found safe in Van Buren, Missouri. The Carter County, Missouri Sheriff’s office called Monroe police, and advised them that they found Mark Wheeler at a local hotel. Wheeler contacted Monroe police and said he was okay. Wheeler was last seen Tuesday, Jan. 8 at his home in Monroe. Police were concerned because they said Wheeler has a history of mental issues.
