Stephen B. Rader of Middletown, Ohio faces three rape counts and 22 counts for child pornography.
A 7 year old victim was ruled incompetent to testify against Stephen in court by judge Andrew Nastoff. The girl said that Rader did something that she didn't like, but couldn't remember what he did.
A 9 year old victim however has been ruled competent, but is not yet willing to talk about what happened to him.
A third victim is over the age of 10, and by Ohio law does not have to be proven competent, so he will be able to testify in court.
If Rader is found guilty of any of the 3 counts, he will face a mandatory life sentence.
