FEMA  Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program - Did Middletown Apply??
COPS Office: Hiring Recovery Program (CHRP) - Did Middletown Apply??
Bureau of Justice Assistance: Edward Byrne Memorial Grant - Did Middletown Apply??
 
Does anyone know if the braintrusts at One Donham Plaza filed Federal grant applications recently to help bolster police, fire and justice assistance efforts in Middletown?  If they did not, why not?
