MIDDLETOWN PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY
Also at tonight's council meeting Ms Gilleland will be appointed executive director of MPHA. This will authorize the executive expenditure of Section 8 funds for various city employees and also Ms. Gilleland.

KEEP YOU EYE ON THIS BALL
I believe that the next move that Ms Gilleland will make is to bring the Section 8 program in-house. Then she can hire even more employees at administer this program.
Yep this has become the Golden Goose of Middletown

Wonder if she will get a nice raise to go along with the new title or added title ?
 
I predict trouble ahead for this section 8 fiasco.

You can bet that all of City Hall will be getting a raise because of this little money making deal.

I may stand corrected according to the HUD rules. Council has the right and required by law to name an executive in charge,so no foul there I guess.
 
No wonder they have gotten by with stuff all these years,it's to hard to keep track of the crap they are pulling. LOL
