The Best Anti Poverty Program is a world class Education. The best statement of the night from Barack Obama, which both the City Council and City Admin should take to heart as they have definitely taken the Middletown City School system to a terrible low with their Poverty programs and stance of staying the course despite the terrible toll those decisions has taken on Middletown and its Citizens.
