Wish I had about 20 of those dogs ! Now what I want to know....didn't those cops have anything better to do that day than to be out there playing with those poor dogs ? 
On a serious note...assault on a police officer, destruction of city property, uncontrolled animal, violation of vicious dog law, I'm really surprised they didn't jump out and open fire. Which they may have and we have no video of it.
