See if you don't agree with me that Anita Scott-Jones is a welcome addition to the Middletown City Council.
 
Here is some Jones-Speak we all can agree with:
"I've heard that the plan is not the issue. The plan is the issue. A
 business does not go to a bank without a business plan. A teacher does not teach without a lesson plan. When you have a plan, you have a target market. All that the people have asked is what is the target?"
