I don't have a driveway, so we park on the street and it is a pain to shovel. What would it cost to have you come clear my little part of the street? We can push all the snow in front of my neighbors house. :)

Randy - Lets get a quote and we'll ship all of our snow over to Vets house and they can dump it in his driveway.  LOL First we'll paint it all orange and black. LOL

Randy,

Now you’ve done it!!!

Look for City Hall to adopt this idea, and tweak it along the lines of the “Do-It-Yourself” street resurfacing program that was detailed in the City Manager’s newsletter a couple of weeks ago!!! LOL LOL

Hey!!!! As long as you guys pay for the moving of the snow with private funds and don't do it the city way with taxpayer money, I'll be ok with it. Same with the orange and black paint. No using general fund, Section 8 fed handout nor PAC money for that either, misters. Maybe we can get my neighborhood designated a Section 8 poverty zone and have the city help us out here, you know, to lift us up out of poverty, don't cha know.

Vet - I think we can get a grant for snow relocation. (How do you like that term "snow relocation"?)

I'm thinking $600,000 should cover it. Hey ! If we build an igloo with all that snow and call it art I bet the city would give us some money !! Wink

Only if the igloo has car hoods attached could it be construed as art and the $600,000 is a forgivable loan with absolutely no contracts or commitments to abide by, I don't have to use any of my own money and I can just leave all this behind anytime I want to leaving the city on the short end of the stick.
