Grade levels 5 thru 12 provided an evening of good entertainment for the parents, friends and students at the Madison High School auditorium last evening. Band Director, Shawn Lenney assisted by Miami student teacher, Aaron West presented the students as an enthusiastic and fun loving musical group.

The annual Madison band concert had an unusual twist last evening as students and audience were directed to the lower level in the elementary building. A tornado warning brought Mr. Philpot the principal to the auditorium to notify everyone of the possibility of the tornado. There were widespread power outages in Monroe as a result of the storm.

The audience returned to the auditorium after the danger had passed to enjoy the rest of the concert.
