I had to run downtown a few weeks ago.
For some reason I stopped at the corner of Central and S. Broad and took this picture. Later, when I looked at the picture, I was surprised at how nice the place looked. | Does look nice doesn't it. If it presents itself on the outside in a positive manner, guess the question remains the content of what we are looking at as to vacancies, store offerings and diversity. What would we fill these stores with to entice people to go? Gotta be more than the arts connection IMO. |

Please notice the two cars motoring down Central Avenue, one eastbound and one westbound. The picture must have been taken during rush hour.

From memory it was about 10:00 in the morning on a Saturday.
